Postpartum and Now You Want to Bike? Here is How [2019]

This is a video from my other YouTube channel just on mountain biking. This video is to explain the different exercises that you should be able to do if you are wanting to get back to riding after having a baby.

Having a baby can be really traumatic on your body and can affect your activities that you used to be able to do for fun. Let's get that fun back again. If you can perform these exercises then you should feel comfortable and confident to go for a mountain bike ride.

Let me know if you have any questions or comments.

As always please use this information at your own risk.

"Liz is a fantastic doc! She looked at my issues from the perspective of an athlete and a doctor. She addressed my symptoms with simple and effective solutions! Additionally she helped me tweak my kayaking outfitting which has helped eliminate my back pain immensely for long days on the water!
