Part 2: Shoulder Pain: Tightness in upper back??

In your body, your joints work together like a well oiled machine. HOWEVER, sometimes through our jobs and not moving as much or sitting too much, we can get stiff or develop a movement dysfunction in different areas of our body.

This can lead to stress on other joints that require the body to work and move together.

Our shoulders are joints that need movement through our neck and through our mid back in order to work properly.

In this video, I go over how to see if you have a movement dysfunction in your upper back.
