We have now used our shoulder blades with rotation, but it is important to have trunk stability and core control! 🙌This exercise is more complicated than you expect. Try this little trick to help your sitting posture. Posture of your neck is important on your mountain bike and in your kayak. Now this may now be the main cause of your neck pain, but it can be a strong contributor. If you close down on the uppermost portion of your neck then you lead to limited rotation and movement problems. |
