This is a series of dynamic warm up exercises feature 1 at a time This one is more for the hips Breathing while you climb over all the roots and up steeper sections can be a problem for people. Try this simple exercise to see if you might have issues breathing while your core and hips are active. Building up gluteal and quad strength will help you climb up those rooty sections and stay balanced on the bike. This strengthening move combines balance and strength and makes you be able to go to fatigue. |
