Breathing while you climb over all the roots and up steeper sections can be a problem for people. Try this simple exercise to see if you might have issues breathing while your core and hips are active. Building up gluteal and quad strength will help you climb up those rooty sections and stay balanced on the bike. This strengthening move combines balance and strength and makes you be able to go to fatigue. Dynamic Balance is key for descending and for climbing on the bike. It also helps to prevent crashing. Check out this exercise to help improve your bike balance. This video is the cherry on top! You can’t get rid of your elbow pain unless you look more globally. The exercise shown in this video give you a way to use your shoulders and exercise them without wrist pain.
