Neck Posture on your mountain bike or in your kayak: Why is it important?

Posture of your neck is important on your mountain bike and in your kayak. Now this may now be the main cause of your neck pain, but it can be a strong contributor. 

If you close down on the uppermost portion of your neck then you lead to limited rotation and movement problems.
