Shoulder Exercise 4: Shoulder Blades and Core!!

We have now used our shoulder blades with rotation, but it is important to have trunk stability and core control!

🙌This exercise is more complicated than you expect.

This has been a great series on shoulder anatomy and shoulder strengthening 💪

🏋️‍♀️Some of you that are following this may still have shoulder pain after this...🏋️‍♀️
