Dynamic Balance is key for descending and for climbing on the bike. It also helps to prevent crashing. Check out this exercise to help improve your bike balance. This exercises works the nature of balance in regards to: Mountain Biking Kayaking Running and other sports This and other exercises help to weight the posterior (or back) chain to be better utilized for balance and for techniques.
