Part 1: How to keep your shoulders healthy

Did you know that your body is all connected?

When you reach over your head or reach toward the side you move not only your shoulder and arm but also your mid back and low back.

One area that gets forgotten about when dealing with shoulder pain is the mid back. (where your ribs attach) If you have movement dysfunction there then you are increasing your risk for injury and/or increasing stress to an already injured shoulder.

Next week i'm going to let you know how to fund out if you have a movement problem in this area.
