Kayak Shoulder Exercise 2 and 3! Shoulder Blades and Rotation! [2019]

Kayaking shoulders are important to keep healthy!

They Propel us forward and help us roll up. If you need more information about why your shoulder blades are important check out my previous video on shoulder anatomy

This is a simple yet effective way to learn how to engage and start to use your shoulder blades :)

Shoulders and Rotation! Two key items for kayaking!

This exercise combines the two for a functional warm up and exercise to work on improving both. 

Why shouldn't we have our cake and eat it too?!

Make sure that you don't stress your neck when doing this exercise
