Kayak Exercise 5 [2019]

Lets Look Closer at lower trunk rotation!

This exercise utilizes hip flexors with lower abdominal and trunk rotation in a single exercise.
Remember when doing this exercise, only drop your legs out as far as you can tolerate and have the strength to return back to start.
