How do you help scar adhesions and pain from scars [2019]

Scars can cause many problems with movement and adhesions under the skin.

This is esp the case for knees and for shoulders. As active mountain bikers and athletes we have a tendency to crash and to get cuts.

As cuts and impacts heal, they form scars. this is important to adhere the skin together and keep our body safe. This can also cause layers of tissue to stick together.

These layers need to slide side by side each other, if they don't then you will get pulling on the inside of your body.

Ding scar massage, can eliminate these adhesions and help you move more freely.
